These Terms & Conditions define the legal boundaries governing the use of this website and the professional massage services provided by Mandala Massage LLC. They establish the relationship between the website visitors, clients, and the business owner.

2. Services

Mandala Massage LLC provides licensed, professional massage therapy services in compliance with Arizona law and regulations of the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication.

Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions, injuries, and medications prior to each session.

3. Website Use

Visitors and clients may use the website for informational purposes or to book services. Users agree not to misuse the site or violate applicable laws. Intellectual property, including content, images, and logos, is owned by Mandala Massage LLC and cannot be used without permission.

4. Eligibility

Massage services are for clients aged 18 and older. Minors (ages 8–17) may receive services only with a signed parental consent form and in accordance with Mandala Massage LLC’s Minors Policy. Services are not provided to children under age 8.

5. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Late arrivals may reduce session time without fee adjustment. Mandala Massage LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with notice.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients must provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice or failure to attend may result in a fee. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

7. Payments

Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods may vary. Gift certificates, packages, and prepaid services are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Client Conduct

Massage therapy is strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests may result in termination of the session without refund and refusal of future services. Clients must maintain hygiene and respectful behavior.

9. Health & Safety

Massage therapy involves physical touch and may result in temporary soreness or discomfort. Clients must communicate any pain or discomfort. Mandala Massage LLC may refuse or discontinue services if a client’s condition poses a health or safety risk.

10. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Clients assume all risks associated with massage therapy. Mandala Massage LLC is not liable for injuries, conditions, or damages arising from services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Modifications & Service Changes

Mandala Massage LLC may modify or update services, offerings, or T&C at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of current T&C.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in appropriate state or county courts in Arizona.
