2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with advance notice as specified in our booking policy. Cancellations made within the required notice period may be rescheduled without penalty.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, and these fees are non-refundable.

3. Prepaid Packages & Gift Certificates

Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. They may be transferred or applied to future services within the terms outlined at the time of purchase.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
